About our church and mission
Visiting St Mary's Regular Sunday services take place at 9.30am and 11am. In addition, we are open to visitors for the Easter weekend (no tearoom or shop) and then from 1 May to the end of September, from 11:00 till 16:00 Mondays through Saturdays, with guide, tea room and shop. On Sundays our opening hours are 14:00 until 16:30, but you are of course welcome to attend any of our Sunday services. We are currently renovating the floor at the west end of the church and it is expected that the work will be finished by 12 May. However, there is the need for thorough cleaning and so a full tearoom service will not be available for a few days after that. Also the shop will not be open immediately as the chance is being taken to give it a makeover. Despite this, you will be given a warm welcome on your visit. Groups are also welcome, but please complete the Group Visit form & send to the tour organiser (see Contact menu) so that we can be organised for your visit. It is regretted that this year's Pilgrimage has had to be cancelled.
Please read the statement
from its Executive Committee.
Access for the disabled Wheelchair access is via the North door, inside which you will also find toilet facilities. The doorbell here is to allow the disabled to alert those inside, so help can be given with access.
