The Board is made up of the Minister, a number of Elders appointed by the Kirk Session and an equal number of members of the congregation elected at the Stated Annual Meeting. Members serve for a period of three years and are eligible for re-appointment or re-election. The Board meets four or five times a year and is responsible for dealing with the finances of the congregation, the maintenance of the church building, manse and hall and with the congregation's social activities. Board members service the three sub-committees – Finance, Fabric and Social – which prepare the detail for general discussion and decision at the main meetings of the Board, in addition to assisting Elders in duties at weekly worship.
